I try…try…try to follow good routines. My body wakes up around the same time every day - no matter how late I went to bed….or how early. But when it comes to true routines, that’s about the only thing I have on a consistent basis.

It’s an absolutely beautiful day here in Missouri. This morning it was 26 degrees and clear. Now, it’s about 45…
I love fall. The leaves are a mix of orange and green and gold.

I don’t know when it happened to me - but I’ve become a huge procrastinator.  I wasn’t like this in my teens (I always turned my research projects in early).  And in my early twenties (pre-kids) my Christmas Cards were addressed and in the mail the day before Thanksgiving.
