Read this early today, but instead of commenting, I got on the exercise bike.

Still feeling icky and kind of altered - but it comes and goes.

So. Tired. Though with Nyquil I finally slept last night.

Can it be Sunday now? I love my friends, but I want to just crash and not have to take care of other people.

Okay, that actually sounds both cool and refreshing, and sort of comforting as well. I LOVE things with mandarin orange in them.

Yeah, I'm late to the party as usual. I like quiet and I like to think. For me those two things go together, and have for a long time. I normally wake between 0400 and 0500, make some coffee, and sit at the computer either doing some light work or thinking -- sometimes writing.

On the images, I think I like the first one better. It seems a little less aggressive and posed than the second. (Which you choose depends on what effect you're trying to achieve, BTW.) However, I think the lighting is a little better in the second. The first looks a little cold and overexposed on the face -- maybe the highlights are almost blown out. The overhead lighting might be the culprit for the cold. I would suggest finding a large light source (big window?), catching the light right, clear the background, and reshoot the first pose. But that's just my opinion. ;)

I like the first photo.

Oh. I was alone in my house for about 2 hours yesterday, unheard of. I had no idea what to do.

Oh that is lovely. I mean, the alien lightposts are cool and quirky, but the river walk? Makes you want to sit there and write, no?

It's hard for me to believe you get no comments on your posts. But then, I rarely draw them either.

I sometimes remember my dreams. When I was on antidepressants, I remembered them clearly and have a lot of notes in my journals about what I dreamed, and some reasons why I think I dreamed them.

Now, I sometimes remember, as before. However, I think it's a good trade -- little remembering of the dreams for losing the drugs.

Now, Young Son will tell you that I dreamed the last time we were in Lubbock. I had a full-blown nightmare. I was calling (you know that weird vocalization when we dream) and he was about to wake me when I started growling. He decided to let me be. :)

I woke after that and came to all fours before I realized what was going on. I remembered that dream.

Sweet... nice piece of work. I think I could riff on this too. I think I'll let it ruminate a bit and see if anything cooks up.
