No Twisty Pretzels

I attended my first yoga class yesterday. It was a beginner’s yoga - and the point of taking it is to learn the basics of the poses - and to truly study yoga as a practice, not just exercise.
I picked a good class, I think. It’s Baptiste Power Yoga as the philosophy…. It’s not a beginner’s as in taking it slow…it’s a true instructional class…talking about the process, practicing a pose, etc. We got through the first Sun Salutation…. It’s going to be interesting. I am so not flexible and so out of shape right now.
I need a little discipline..but I also need some focus. I am looking for at least one more contract right now. I think I picked perfect words for me for this year….. I don’t know about Passion daily, but overall….I need to do something in my life that I am passionate about…. I can see that this year is going to bring about the need for a lot of Courage as well.
How can it be that at 40….I’m still not sure what I want to be when I grow up? I just want to be happy….and engaged in my career.
