Think Before You Munch

Since the doc and I chatted about diet and such…..I’ve been more thoughtful about what I put into my mouth. Tonight, I was really wanting Pizza for dinner. No, not a fat filled pepperoni with extra cheese….I wanted a spinach with grilled chicken and fresh tomatoes. Sounds pretty harmless, right?

WRONG.

when you consider that I would want….. two or three pieces…..and that I am struggling to keep my per meal intake down to under 500 calories….that doesn’t leave room for anything else. Not a glass of milk. Not an apple. Not a handful of almonds.

That’s kinda…..sad…..especially after some grilled chicken and little green peas (my favorite) and I am still wanting……..

Pizza.
